About the Program

The WILMAH Mentorship Program connects professional women in the animal health field.

Once you setup your profile and answer a few questions, you’ll be able to view others in the program who match the specifications you’re looking for.

You can communicate and request meetings, as well as track your mentoring journey through curriculum and meeting recaps. It is a 6 month program.

How it Works


* Register to be a mentor or mentee
* If approved you will be notified
* Once matched, login to your dashboard
* Connect with your match
* Follow the Mentoring Checklist
* Read the Mentoring Resources
* Take notes in your Journal
* Define Goals, Tasks and get Feedback
* Complete Surveys over time
